PUBG Mobile World Cup 2025: Everything You Need to Know

The PUBG Mobile World Cup 2025 (PMWC) is the premier mid-season international event of the 2025 competitive calendar, bringing together top-tier squads from across the globe for a shot at glory—and a share of the massive $3 million prize pool.

The tournament is part of the Esports World Cup (EWC) series, continuing PUBG Mobile’s inclusion in the event lineup, as confirmed on December 7, 2024.

Tournament Schedule & Format

Group Stage (July 25–27, 2025)

• 24 teams, split into 3 groups of 8
• Each day has 6 matches (18 total)
• Every team plays 12 matches
• Top 8 teams qualify directly to Grand Finals
• Bottom 16 move to Survival Stage

Survival Stage (July 29–30, 2025)

• Bottom 16 from Group Stage compete
• Top 8 advance to Grand Finals
• Bottom 8 are eliminated

Grand Finals (August 1–3, 2025)

• 16 teams (8 from Group Stage, 8 from Survival)
• 18 matches across 3 days (6 per day)
• Smash Rule applied on Day 3
