Nepal Premier League Final: Janakpur Bolts Win the Inaugural NPL by Beating Sudurpaschim Royals by 4 Wickets.

The Jankpur Bolts secured the first edition of Nepal Premier League title after beating Sudurpaschim Royals by five wickets and five balls left at the Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground in Kritipur, Kathmandu. Lahiru Milantha from Srilanka played the man of the match knock of 89 from 49 balls to seal the victory for Bolts.
The tournament champions Janakpur Bolts (JAB) received a prize of Rs 1.1 crore Nepali Rupee, whereas the runners-up Sudurpaschim Royals(SPR) were awarded Rs 51 lakh Nepali Rupee. The teams that finished in third Karnali Yaks(KAY) and fourth place Chitwan Rhinos(CR) earned Rs 25 lakh and Rs 15 lakh Nepali Rupee, respectively. Lahiru Milantha emerged as the top run-scorer, accumulating 293 runs over 10 matches, while Scott Kuggeleijn from New Zealand led the bowling statistics with 17 wickets.
